Regarding - Sync Instructor-Led Training process frequency

As a part of Oracle 25C release Oracle has recommend to set the frequency of this scheduler to Daily Instead of hourly and we have the following questions:

  1. How does Oracle plan to downgrade the scheduler frequency from hourly to daily?
  2. What are the impacts if we switch from an hourly to a daily scheduler? We need Oracle to provide a detailed list of effects on Learners, Instructors, and the Learning System.
  3. What does the current retry ratio? If a notification fails today, will it be retried in the next scheduled run?
  4. What is the volume of notifications processed by each scheduler today?
