System Workflow Enhancement

Hi Team,

Kindly be advised that we require an enhancement to the current system workflow. Specifically, we propose that once the Technical Team completes their scoring in the RFQ, an automatic notification be triggered to the Commercial Team, informing them that the technical evaluation has been finalized and they may proceed with their respective tasks.

We would appreciate your confirmation regarding the feasibility of implementing this requirement. If it is feasible, please advise on the next steps to move forward.
