Employee card not available

Hi,

Employee has a role attached HR Analyst View All. When employee tries to view organisation leaver's information via Employee's card (3 dots under the initials) the information is greyed out and there is an error message. When they try to view the information and clicks on the task bar on the right, the options to select are there. Please see attached. Any ideas

how we can fix the employee's card?
