How to enable the edit component feature on the DFFs on the Contracts Management - Additional Information section?

We would like to customize the page for the DFFs we have created under Additional Information section in Contracts Management Overview page. But the edit component seems to be disabled. We have enabled Manage Contract Requests feature using the Opt in UI and have also added Contract Setup Duty role but still no luck. How do we enable edit component feature using Page Composer on the DFFs on the Contracts Management - Additional Information section?
