The "Edit Award Amount" option doesn't appear.

Why is it that when I want to modify the award amount in a negotiation?

The client wants to be able to modify the award amount when creating a negotiation when it's about to be awarded. In testing, I've noticed that when I select "Purchase Order" in the Outcome section, the option isn't enabled. Why is this happening?

Action > Award > Award negotation > Select the supplier
