Whenever clicking on View PDF getting "The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly"

Summary:

So when I am trying to download the PO-PDF by clicking view PDF it is throwing the error.

All Privileges are already there, buyer role is given, procurement agent is created even procurement manager is also given.

Occurring for all supplier, not specific to one supplier.

Cache was clear from report.
