Choice appears different every time in positions page

Hello ,

I am working on Action Reason field in Positions page , there is unexpected behavior , every time I choose a value from action reason , the label of choose got different.

For example :

if action reason have A , B and C

if I choose A, it appears C

if I choose C , it appears B

and so on .

I tried cleaning the cache and using incognito but nothing changed.

Any help with that ?
