Required a document/white paper for shutdown scenario

we require any Document or white paper for a scenario explained below;
we are running a constrained supply plan using FBDI Templates to upload data in fusion.
we have a shutdown scenario like item 1 is being made in Organisation A.Org A will shutdown for like 5-10 days and its demand should be met in Org B both using their own resources.And after shutdown days production to resume in org A.
Document required explaining the sourcing rules required and any other configuration to complete this scenario?
