Defaulting the date parameter value based on their native language

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

Hi Team,

We are facing some issue in the existing report. Below is the details of the issue. 

1. In one of our report, we are defaulting the date parameter value as Last day of the year (Syntax used: {$LAST_DAY_OF_YEAR()$}) and it is in the format DD-MMM-YYYY. That is, it is showing as 31-Dec-2025.

2. When I open and run the report with US user, the date parameter value is defaulting as 31-Dec-2025 and I am able to view the records in the report.

3. But when I open and run the report with Germany user, still the date parameter value is default as 31-Dec-2025 and I am
