Request API/Documentation to Fetch Role Privileges Programmatically

We need to programmatically determine which privileges are included in each role in our Fusion HCM environment, in order to classify roles as “elevated” or “non-elevated”

Could you please confirm:

1. Whether Oracle provides a REST/SCIM or other API to fetch the list of function security privileges and data security policies granted to a role.
2. If not, what is the recommended supported method to obtain this information programmatically
