Unable to Cancel Work Relationship Due to Duplicate Records and Missing Attributes

in Performance Management

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue while trying to cancel a work relationship in Oracle HCM. The scenario is as follows:

  • There are two active work relationship records for an employee.
  • For one record, the Work Relationship page does not open and displays the error:
    "No work relationship record exists for the specified period of service ID or assignment ID. (PER-1531166)
  • For the other record, the page opens, but I cannot cancel the work relationship. The error shown is:
    "Attribute PerPlanEnrtId is required."

Business Impact:

  • Unable to cancel incorrect or duplicate work relationship records.
  • Data inconsistency due to duplicate active work relationships.
