Waitlist - Implementing alert

in Learning

Hello everyone,
our client has requested the implementation of two alerts related to the use of the "WAITLIST" feature:


- The first alert should be sent to the user when the assignment status changes to "WAITLISTED".
- The second should be triggered when the learner's status changes from "WAITLISTED" to an active status, such as "NOT STARTED"

Do you know if is it possible implementing it?
