We have enabled profile option WLF_ENABLE_LEARNING_OUTCOMES and also updated Person Profile Types to add Learning Outcomes subscriber under skills section but learning outcome option still doesn’t appear in course setup ?

Also, can we enable course administration to be in Redwood - is this option available now or we have to wait till 26A ?
