Why am I unable to view SOC reports for SaaS under Compliance?

I am trying to pull down the necessary SOC reports for SaaS but am only seeing OCI and PaaS as options. I have downloaded the SaaS SOC reports for many years. I am one of the administrators and am assigned to all possible groups. No other admins can see these reports either. Is there a change that I am unaware of? I have filed an SR but am not getting anywhere.
