Pick the Choicepoint or HireRight Packages when the Request is Initiated Rather than when the Requis

Clients using Choicepoint or HireRight do not always want to choose the screening service package during the requisition creation process.

To solve this you can create a dummy package as part of the LUD. This is defaulted as the package for the screening service. Once the user is ready to request a screening service from a particular candidate, he will be prompted to pick the screening service from a pre-populated list in the LUD. The user can then pick the relevant screening service depending on the type of hire.

This satisfies the requirement to pick a screening service at the requisition stage and have the flexibility to select the appropriate package at the time of the service request
