Manager Unable to Access Promote, Transfer, or Change Location – Stuck on Assignment Tab
Summary:
We are encountering an issue where, when a Manager initiates a Promote, Transfer, or Change Location action for an employee, the process gets stuck on the Assignment tab and does not proceed further.
We have already reviewed relevant discussions in the Oracle Community in search of a solution, but based on our findings, we recommend logging an SR for further investigation.
To resolve the issue internally, we have:
Reviewed and ensured all necessary security roles are correctly assigned to the Manager.
Tested using the seeded Line Manager role; however, the issue still persists.
