Internal Job Application Issue

Hi Team,

We have observed that when customer tries to apply for Internal Job application then they are receiving email notification with Job application details along with invalid attachment (with empty file) though we didn't configured any attachment in Job application flow or Bursting logic related to job application.

Could you please help anyone faced similar kind of issue.
