Best practic to eliminating the 15 min. CDO sync delay when mapping CDO Records to Contacts Table
Summary:
I have worked with a lot of Oracle products, but I have found it surprisingly difficult to make Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) talk cleanly with Oracle Eloqua. I am still learning Eloqua, and each day I pick up new tricks - especially thanks to @Jeeves/Bob-Oracle help. Our goal is to keep most orchestration in OIC, use Eloqua for messaging, and publish Eloqua responses back into an Oracle Database. Our main focus is of course marketing, which remains our main use of Eloqua.
That said, even basic things like sending an email or SMS with "real time data" can feel harder than they should when we want to do it other applications. :)
