Special characters display in the heading for leaders under My Team (Redwood).

in Human Capital Management

As a leader when they go in under my Team or under these actions Change Assignment , Change Salary, Change working hours or view their team's compensation info. Displayed in the header are special characters instead of the employee's name and job title. Anyone else also having these issues?
