We are doing new implementation for RSSP and our aim is for the charge account to be defaulted base on the Employee Expense Information accounting details. So on our TAD for Purchasing Charge Account Combination rule we just use the below rule with default condition

And Employee Charge Account is not working, but if we add User Preferred Account in the user preference it is defaulting.

However, when we raise a Requisition no Accounting details is being defaulted even if the requester have the correct COA in her profile. We are expecting that below combination from employee will be defaulted.
