Can I customize the data model for job application report to include employee esignature and date?

Summary:

I have a client requirement to display employee signature and corresponding date and time in the employee job application report template. However the data model i.e. SubmissionDM has no data set with employee signature or corresponding date information.

My question is can I edit the seeded data model and add new data set with employee signature related query in the data model
