Correcting data on filled Reqs

We just went live with Taleo in November and were struggling with completing the requisitions correctly.  We have several filled requisitions in which we have to go back and correct the data, otherwise when we do reporting, the data will be inaccurate.

We are trying to determine the best way to correct the data once the req is filled.  Some of the data resides on the Offer.  We have several UDF's on the offer that need to be corrected and we are having problems with trying to go back and correct those.  For example, we have an internal hire that was coded as an external hire or a rehire that was coded as an external hire, etc.  If we don't fix these, then our reporting and numbers will be skewed because the data is incorrect.
