EasyRecrue error : CampaignID is absent

in Taleo Enterprise

Hi,

We're experiencing an issue with the Easyrecrue English assessment screening service.

The provider's status is "declined," and we can no longer access the results page. We're getting the error EASYRECRUE returned an error: 'Request invalid: CampaignID is absent.'
Has anyone encountered this issue before and have some suggestions to help us resolve it, please?
