Cannot add participant to Interview

in Taleo Enterprise

Hi,

We no longer cannot add participant to Interviews.
The normal behaviour should be to display users in the Select Internal Participants from the Interview tab, but there is nothing.

Has anyone encountered this issue before and have some suggestions to help us resolve it, please?
