Oracle Fusion Production to Dev Refresh Request

Summary:

We would want to log an SR to request for a Production to DEV request. However, we are unable to locate the correct category from the updated version of the support site. May we kindly request if you can provide us the details on how to raise this request?

Understood that there is an available self-service to refresh the environment but we would like to raise if Oracle can do the refresh on our behalf.
