Change of Legal Employer After Hiring with same hire date

Hello All

We have scenario where employee gets hired on legal entity X through recruitment and gets converted to employee on legal entity X. Now due to visa compliance we need to change the legal entity of the employee to Y from the same start date.

Before REDWOOD: We used to cancel the work relationship of the employee with legal entity X and HC used to create a new relationship with legal employer Y and it was working with out any issue.

After REDWOOD: We followed similar steps to cancel the work relationship with legal employer X but now when HC is trying to create new relationship with legal employer Y, it throws an error as per below screenshot.
