Urgent – Attachment Field Missing in Receipts (Procurement) in 25B

in Self Service Procurement

In release 25B, the Attachment field is not visible when navigating to Procurement → Receipts New → Receive with Details, while in 25C the field is visible and works as expected. Has anyone else faced this issue in 25B? This is an urgent problem for us, so any guidance or workaround would be greatly appreciated.
