Is it possible create a new assignment for the same non - catalog course through HSD?

Hi all,

we have uploaded the participation of a student in a "non-catalog" course. The need now is to create a new assignment for the same non-catalog course through HSDL. How can we retrieve the information related to the "Learning Element Number" (which is required in order to upload the new participation to the same element as the first assignment)?

Does anyone know what is the best way to handle this case?
