Mass-submit User Cost Adjustments

We are creating User Cost Adjustments using REST API. The volume is fairly high. The adjustments can only be created using REST API but cannot be submitted. Is there any way to submit all Cost Adjustments at once? It is not possible for us to manually open each cost adjustment and submit it.

Please see in the below screenshot, all the cost adjustments are created by REST API but they are lying in Pending status as there's no option to submit them at once. Please suggest some way to submit these cost adjustments in one go.
