Resignation BPM Workflow Based on Length of service

in Human Capital Management

We are required to setup the Termination/Resignation approval based on Total Length of the service of the employee considering the employee might have global transfers or country transfers. We try to use the Enterprise Hire Date ,Resignation Date &Termination Date and the approval went into error "Attribute is null"
