DFF Field which we need to use in Resignation Approval

Summary:

We have a requirement where we need to capture a Rating value through a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) and use this value to drive logic in the Resignation Approval Workflow via BPM Worklist.

The DFF has been configured correctly and is visible on the UI. However, when we initiate the resignation transaction, the DFF value is not being passed to the BPM payload—it consistently returns null in the workflow
