How to import trading partner items with import map

Hello,
We would like to create items using import maps and simultaneously create and link trading partner items. After batch processing, the system returns the following error: “One of the values entered for Trading Partner Item Number, Trading Partner Number, or Trading Partner Item Identifier is invalid.”
Does this occur because trading partner items must be created before creating the item? If so, how can they be created in bulk?
