What would be the behavior of the Learning Initiatives in the case of 'Leave of absence'

On the Oracle Learning guide, it is mentioned that the learnings assigned would have the status as 'Withdrawn' in case of a terminated employment, but we wanted to know what the behavior is in Learning Initiatives and other learnings in case of an assignment with 'Leave of Absence'
