Visual Builder Studio Default Payroll Time Card to "No" IF Salaried in "Hourly Paid or Salaried"

Default to "No" in Payroll Relationship screen in "Payroll Assignment Details" section field "Time Card Required", IF "Employment Info. Assignment" field "Hourly Paid or Salaried" is Salaried.

They are two different section.

I have added the logic in VBS but I am not able to see the default value "No"
