Even though the applied absence is beyond the available balance, error is not encountered, absence is getting applied.
Reviewed the Oracle Community link "Balance Enforcement on Qualification Plan Is Not Supported"
How ever the recommended solution of "You need to put that rule on the maximum duration within the absence type itself not in the plan! This is a fix number at the absence type level... so it would apply for all employees eligible to the absence type. If your maximum duration varies according to other rules, then I would suggest a validation formula again at the absence type level."
