Question on the recent communication on the MFA and impact on the Fusion Application

Summary:

We have received communication from Oracle that Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) going to be enforced in September. Can we get some clarity on that? on what applications etc., Is this going to impact how customers / end users logging in Fusion HCM, ERP, Application? Our understanding is that the end user fusion applications has to be enabled through customers' own SSO provider not through Oracle's MFA correct?
