Intercompany Transaction stuck in Transaction Status: Sent, Batch Status: Received

Summary:

I have an intercompany transaction stuck in transaction Status: Sent, Batch Status: Received.

Unsure how to move it on to the next stage.

The batch has several transactions, some of which previously went in to error. All error transactions have been deleted leaving the batch with several transactions in status 'sent'.

Initial requester is unable to withdraw the batch.
