Insight Permissions Error - Subject Area Restrictions

Summary:

Hello. I am trying to edit a report that I created a few weeks ago. I am also the owner of the report. However, when I click on edit I get the following error "You do not have access privilege for this subject area".

My user has not been modified, I am still an admin with full access. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
