FBDI Manage Receiving Transaction throwing incorrect "DOCUMENT_LINE_NUM column" error

Summary:

Over the last week, we've had two FBDI ReceivingReceiptImport files throw an incorrect "DOCUMENT_LINE_NUM column" error on the "Manage Receiving Transactions" process. "You must enter x as the value for the DOCUMENT_LINE_NUM column. The current value is 1."

The PO's being received against only have 1 line each, so not sure why Oracle is throwing the error that the document line number is incorrect. The receipt does process from the FBDI template, however, any error generates an internal Incident Ticket that we must resolve.
