Job Requisition Fields Go Blank After Save and Close in Redwood

We've identified a data persistence issue with new job requisitions. When a user creates a new requisition and fills in all the required fields, including the recruiting leader, and then saves and closes the page, some of these fields become blank upon reopening the requisition. This forces the recruiter to re-enter the information, which is inefficient and impacts our recruitment process.
