Duplicate Requisition in RSSP Issues
When duplicating an RSSP requisition, I noticed two issues:
- Our procurement users often reassign requisitions to themselves. When they do this, "Duplicate" is not an available option in the actions on that reassigned req - they can't just close and reopen it to see the option available like in the classic UI. They have to click home and reenter the application to see the action available. This is an unnecessary step - can the duplicate action become available immediately or by reopening the requisition?
- When a requisition is created in the classic UI and then duplicated in the new UI, the user is unable to edit the line details. They can click on "edit" on the line or "delivery and billing" to access line details window, but the window never loads. This is critical as they often duplicate requisition and update the supplier. The supplier is updated in this window. Please let me know what can be done.
