Can I apply a custom sort order to supplier sites?

Summary: To help guide our users to the selection of first an ACH payment, then a Wire payment, and lastly, a Check payment, we would like to be able to sort our supplier sites alphabetically first, then show numeric values at the end (sites that start with an A refer to ACH sites, W refers to Wires, and numeric refer to checks). Is this possible?
