Renaming rule from calc manager creates duplicate rule in Rule navigation
Summary:
When I rename a rule from calc manager, it does not reflect in Rules navigation panel in EPM Cloud correctly. Looks like it created a new rule with the updated name and keeps the old one as well. When I open the old one it does not display anything. Is this a bug? Also noticing this when I delete a rule from calc manager it does not get deleted from Rules navigation.

Here "Clear Cash Data" was renamed as "Clear Cash Data By Quarter" in calc manager but it doesnot reflect in Rules navigation panel.
