Start Demand Planning Engine Manager Completes with Warning

Summary: Start Demand Planning Engine Manager keeps completing with Warning during the Demand plan run. On checking the log file, the below error message is found.

Query validation failed: No active items were found. Make sure history is loaded for items in plan's date range and that 'Calculate Proportions' job have run successfully (runs in full refresh or after updating history) Expecting: 1 rows, Got: 0 Bind Variables: [], SQL: select count(*) from ( select * from MSC_DATA_581337_DYD where ship_forecast_status = 1 and rownum=1 )

This is resulting is completion of Demand plan with Warning having no Shipment Forecast generated for the expected. The Item for which the shipment history load was done is rightly associated to the Plan org and is collected into Plan inputs Items table. The only suspicion I have is that the item was created on 5-Sep-2025. However the Demand plan's shipment history is loaded for the date range Oct 2023- Aug 2025. Will this cause an issue? If not, what else can cause this issue.
