Zoom for Eloqua app - On Demand Recordings Feeder

Summary:

We are using the Zoom for Eloqua app to capture post‑event viewers of a webinar recording. We are trying to use Zoom On Demand Recordings feeder in the campaign canvas to pull records of users who watched a webinar on demand into Eloqua Custom Object.

• Webinar had Registration Required and Make the webinar on‑demand enabled before the live session.
• Live registrations were managed via the Zoom Register Feeder; attendance data was pulled successfully via the Attendance Audience Feeder.
• After the event, we shared the Zoom webinar’s on‑demand registration link (tied to the original webinar ID) in our Eloqua follow‑up email.
