My Client Groups not visible with a custom role

Summary: My Client Groups not visible with a custom role

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi All, I have created a custom role(HCM Job Role). The role is created to give access to only create positions. I have added the duty roles and privileges. However, my client groups is not visible when I assign this role to user.

Request help on the same please.
