Cannot see document PR from release plan order

in Purchasing

Hi expert,

  1. I released plan order from supply planning
  2. It generate PR number from supply chain orchestration interface with status completed and document created
  3. when trying to navigate to Manage reuisition page, I cannot find the PR number

I tried to make manual PR and PO from the same user successfully.

Why I cannot see my PR in Procurement menu ?
