academic title in request not always visible

Hi all,

We have noticed that the academic title of an approver is not always displayed in the approval request. For some, it is displayed, and for others it is not, even though it is the same field.
It's a lookup field: ORA_HRX_AT_2._ACADEMIC_TITLE and ORA_HRX_AT_1._ACADEMIC_TITLE
What do we need to do to ensure that the title is displayed for everyone?
