Default Interaction Date to Today’s Date in Redwood Candidate Application

Recruiters are losing time and making errors because the Interaction Date in the Redwood Candidate Application does not default to today’s date.

In the Redwood Candidate Application → Interactions page, when adding a new interaction, the Date field is always blank and requires manual entry.

We would like the Interaction Date to default automatically to today’s system date (while still allowing recruiters to override if needed).

Current Limitation:

• The Interactions page is not exposed for editing in Visual Builder, so we cannot configure a default value ourselves.
• Page Composer / Design Studio does not provide an option to set a default.
