What privilege needs to be added to a role to allow the “Employment contracts” section to be viewed?

We are trying to create a compensation role that can view the employment contract action. We have added PER_CONTRACTS_F to the data security policies and associated it with the relevant person security profile.

In the role hierarchy, we have added ORA_PER_VIEW_WORKER_CONTRACT and ORA_PER_MANAGE_WORKER_CONTRACT.

In the current situation, we can see the “Employment contract” action correctly, but once inside it, we cannot search for users (I attached the screen). All other actions show users correctly.
